DAGES reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law for any violation of these terms of use, including any violation of DAGES’ rights in the DAGES name and emblem and its rights in connection with the information, artwork, text, video, audio, or pictures (together, the “Content”) of the DAGES Web Site.
