Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

  • We are grateful for your donation and support of our organisation/event
  • No refund/cancellation for Donations/Sponsorships through any mode of payment will be entertained, unless a technical fault/error, such as transaction duplicity, has occurred.
  • DAGES allows for the correction on the data entry but will not refund the donation, unless a technical fault/error, such as transaction duplicity, has occured.
  • If you have made an error in making your donation and wish to get a refund or change the data entry, you must write in to support@dages.my, within (14) days of our receipt of your donation giving, giving your reason(s) for refund/change of data entry and enclose documentary proof of payment made. DAGES will investigate the matter within 14 days of receiving your email, with complete details, and advice you on the refund status. If your appeal is successful, the refund will be made within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your email request.
  • Refunds are returned using the original method of payment
